Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Tracy has lived in Aspen and San Francisco and has worked as a marketing and sales consultant in the fashion and interior design industries and as a patient coordinator for plastic surgeons. After a 28-year career using her eye for design and diligent attention to detail, Tracy transitioned into a career that taps into every one of her innate skills and passions: real estate.
Having lived in some of the most desirable locations on the map, Tracy has a deep appreciation for the connection between a home and the lifestyle it represents. It is this understanding, along with her exceptional interpersonal skills, strong marketing and sales background and outstanding social network that has facilitated Tracy’s smooth transition into the world of real estate.
Tracy prides herself on being able to get her clients to their end goal by paying close attention to every detail, remaining professional and persistent and by placing the most important emphasis on effective, consistent communication.
As an Alamo homeowner for over ten years, Tracy is a local expert on all happenings around town. While her niche is luxury housing, she can also advise clients on the best restaurants, unique shopping experiences and the most scenic walking and hiking trails.
When she isn’t keeping an eye on new listings, Tracy loves spending time with her husband, Ken, regularly walks her two dogs, attends Barre3 classes, hosts dinner parties and travels to visit her family near and far. Tracy also loves to give back and supports numerous local and international charities including Underdog Animal Rescue, Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano , Tunnels to Towers Foundation, American Heart Association, Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation, Salesian High School Mentorship Program and Ladles of Love.
